Review: Neutriderm Vitamin E Moisturising Lotion

As someone that struggles with super dry, dehydrated skin that is prone to acne, I struggle to find a moisturiser that suits my skin. So when I do, I want to shout my praises from a rooftop. So in a roof top equivalent (a blog post!), I wanted to share my thoughts on the moisturiser from Neutriderm that is getting lots of love at Wellness by Kels headquarters.

I have been testing out the Vitamin E Moisturising Lotion from Neutriderm for over a month now, and I am beyond loving it. Neutriderm is an Australian brand that creates premium aesthetic and therapeutic products that are designed for skin and hair ailments such as dandruff, alopecia and hyperpigmentation. Their products are extremely affordable, which makes the brand even more attractive to me!

The Neutriderm Moisturising Lotion is a great all rounder moisturiser. It is gentle, packed with antioxidants like vitamin E and designed to provide long lasting hydration, reduce the appearance of redness, and skin inflammation. It is a winner for anyone suffering from sensitive or dry skin.

The Vitamin E that Neutriderm use in this moisturiser is different to most other brands. As stated by Neutriderm: 'Neutriderm Moisturising Lotion comes with a special Vitamin E which is known for its unique properties. As a result of its hydrosoluble (water soluble) nature, Vitamin E phosphate has been identified as a naturally occurring substance in the human body as well as in plants. Vitamin E Phosphate is proven to have bio-functional activity as an anti-inflammatory as well as an anti-oxidant. When Vitamin E phosphate is effectively applied to the skin it directly delivers its bio functional activities to the skin.'

I have been using this lotion mainly as a face moisturiser, but its gentle ingredients and affordable price make it a great option for the body too. It is marketed as being effective for preventing stretch marks, as well as helping to reduce them (it's always easier to prevent than reduce!), so I will definitely be trying that out next!

As for being suitable for acne prone skin, I am extremely acne prone, and I haven't experienced any pore clogging. In fact, this lotion is designed to reduce the redness of acne spots and scars!

I have been using this morning and night, and find it super moisturising for my dry skin. It leaves my skin looking smooth and glowy, and is the perfect base for makeup. It also calms any redness (I have mild rosacea), and seems to be making my skin look healthier day by day! I highly recommend this moisturiser!
