Review: Oribe Hair

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Oribe Hair recently; a hair care company founded by renowned editorial and celebrity hairstylist Oribe and beauty industry veterans Daniel Kaner and Tev Finger. I was sent two hair styling products to test out and review, and I am here today to share my thoughts on both of them!

Oribe was founded with the goal of creating a new kind of hair company, one that was designed with the most talented salon professionals and the most discriminating customers in mind. I love this spray! It is my go-to on days where I want to embrace my naturally wavy hair and loose curls. I spray this on wet hair and tousle and allow to dry naturally. I find it works just as well as a salt spray, without the stiffness and crunchiness. It doesn't leave hair feeling weighed down like curl creams do either. This also provides UV protection for hair which is important as the sun is one of the most damaging things hair can be exposed to. This will be great for summer!

Oribe Maximista Thickening Spray

Bigger is better. This thermal-protective body-builder helps you expand to your absolute fullest with enduring lift and hold.

I adore the packaging of this spray; it is just so luxe feeling! This is a spray that is suited to my hair as although I have long hair, it is fine and can always use some body. This spray works best applied to damp hair just before you blowdry it. I find it gives me much more body to my hair and I love that it also provides thermal protection to my hair strands. This is also colour and keratin treatment safe.

I loved what I have had the chance to try from Oribe and it has left me curious about the rest of their hair line; especially their hair masques! They also have a makeup line that looks amazing and I am dying to try!
