September Makeup and Hair Favourites

I recently realised that I haven't done a Favourites post for the longest time, so as there is no better time than the present, grab a cuppa and read about the products I have been loving this month (and beyond!)

Maybelline Fit Me Dewy and Smooth Foundation
I highly recommend this foundation to those with super dry skin. So many foundations claim to be hydrating but I find them to still leave my skin feeling uncomfortably dry by the end of the day. If you like a light coverage and dewy finish, this foundation is amazing. I wear this in Shade 115 Ivory, which is perfect for this pale gal. The only thing is that I wish this had a pump, as I hate pouring out foundation!

Bobbi Brown Instant Full Cover Concealer
This concealer has such a thick texture, and is unlike anything I have tried before. Despite its thick texture, it isn't heavy on the skin, and disperses a smaller amount per application than I am used to with other concealers, but covers just as well if not better. This concealer is great for my dry skin; it isn't drying, it doesn't require setting, and it doesn't crease on me! This brightens and conceals everything I need it to, and has been added to my holy grail collection of concealers. I wear Shade Porcelain, which I am fairly certain is the lightest shade, and it matches my pale skin perfectly.

Sportsgirl Glow Cream in Nude
I have tried quite a few Sportgirl beauty products, and can't figure out why more people don't know about them! My favourite products of theirs in particular are their highlighters. I think this is where they really excel! This highlighter has the most unique formulation; it is basically pure mica in a silicone base. It is amazing on the skin; I can get the most intense highlighter of my life but it also looks wet on the skin and not like a strip of powder! I am truly obsessed. Note: I tried this in another shade and hated it. It was chunky and glittery but this one is pure perfection.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette
I am so late to the party with this palette, but I just wanted to give this one a shout out. The hype is real guys! These eyeshadows practically blend themselves and are so versatile, enabling you to use the more wearable neutral shades on a daily basis for work, and then up the intensity with the more vivid berry and darker shades of a night time! This is the one palette I would recommend everyone has in their collection.

Natura Siberica Oblepikha Siberica Oil Complex for Damaged Ends
This has been my go to hair treatment and frizz busting product for the past month or so. It smells amazing and is so lightweight, while still providing tons of moisture and reducing frizz massively. It also gives my hair such a healthy shine. As I am due for a trim, I have quite a few split ends and have dry hair in general, but this serum does a great job of improving the appearance of my hair in general. I plan to keep using this after I get my hair cut to keep my ends moisturised and hopefully lengthen the time I can go between trims. Highly recommend this baby, and it looks great displayed on a vanity as well! Make sure to use code WELLNESSBYKELS to save you 15% on Natura Siberica's website!

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand
I recently received this contour wand and just like Charlotte's other products, I CAN'T put this down! It is super lightweight on the face, and blends so easily into the skin, which is perfect for those of us still perfecting our contour! There is something about the formula for all of Charlotte's products that works so seamlessly with the skin, and enhances what you already have, without masking anything. The light/medium shade is a perfect cool tone shade that works perfectly on my super pale skin.
