Review: Herbal Face Food

I was lucky enough to receive a trial size of Herbal Face Food, which lasted approximately ten days, and I had already sprung for the full-size as I was nearing the end of my little bottle! I have been using Herbal Face Food for five weeks now, long enough for me to gain an impression of the benefits of this powerful product.

What is Herbal Face Food?
Herbal Face Food is World’s 1st Organic, Raw, Edible, 100% plants FACE serum with an ORAC antioxidant rating of over 10 million, making it the most potent and powerful anti-oxidizing product of any kind. This unique FACE serum is made from organic plant concentrates, antioxidants and enzymes, which are sourced from all over the world.

As a powerfully active product, Herbal Face food has many benefits including:
  • Benefits Eczema, Rosacea, Psoriasis, and Acne
  • Treats Melasma
  • Responds to bug bites, burns, and scars
  • Acts as a natural deodorant
  • Reduces wrinkles and sun damage
  • Deeply hydrates and nourishes
  • Promotes cellular regeneration
  • Attacks damaging free radicals
  • Supports collagen and elastin layers
  • Smoother and younger looking skin
  • Controls acne and scarring
  • Repairs, nourishes and feeds the skin
  • Helps diminish deep lines and wrinkles
  • Visibly improves skins texture
  • Increases skin elasticity while it tightens
  • Diminishes pore size
  • Lifts and firms skin
  • Balances extremely dry or oily skin
  • Brightens and evens skin appearance

Herbal Face Food is applied morning and night, after cleansing, to dry clean skin. It takes the place of your daily serums, moisturisers, oils and eye products, offering an all-in-one effective solution to reduce your product consumption and save you money. It is an extremely lightweight serum, which absorbs into your skin completely and immediately. Despite it's lightweight nature however, I did not feel the need to apply any additional product over the top (and I have the driest skin). For several minutes after applying I experienced a warming/burning sensation, which I grew to love, as it signified that the product was truly penetrating my skin and healing deep within the skin cells. This warming sensation reduces over time as your skin heals.

After using the product for ten days, I sent Herbal Face Food this message:

During the period of five weeks, I noticed that my skin had the softest texture, day and night. It felt so silky, and it was hard to resist touching my face! I also noticed that the rate at which post-blemish scars disappeared was just days, compared to the weeks it normally takes. The lines around my eyes became less noticeable, and less acne was appearing around my chin and jawline (the bane of my existence!). My skin felt really balanced and happy, and my usual mineral makeup applied so much better to my skin.

Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba), Lavandula AngustIfolia (Lavendar/Orig.France), Origanum Vulgare (Oregano/Orig.Morocco), Syzygium Aromaticums (Clove Bud/Orig. Indonesia), Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme/Oig.South Africa), Commiphora Myrrha (Myrrh/Orig.Somalia). A proprietary source and formulation of Jasminum Officinale, (Jasmine) Absolute, Vetiveria Zizaniodes (Vetiver), Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Extra, Pogostemon Cablin, (Patchouli), Santalum Spicatum (Sandalwood), Elettaria Cardamomum (Cardamom) Seed, Citrus Reticulata (Mandarin Orange), Citrus X Limon (Lemon)

I highly recommend trying Herbal Face Food out if you are struggling with ageing skin, scars and acne, or just want a multi-purpose natural skincare product that works.

  1. Sounds really nice!
Do they use essential oils in the formulation? or extracts? I can see they have included absolutes but wondering about the other plants....x

    1. Hey, great question! I'm almost completely certain that they are essential oils, not extracts, but I would probably have to check with the company! Sorry. It really is such a potent product though xx

  2. I have a little sample of it but there's something missing for me..it really dried out my skin on my cheeks, so I waiting for warmer days to try it out again :) xx

    1. I'm sorry it didn't work for you... Hopefully when you try it again you like it! Xxx thanks for commenting, Jana!
